Commissioner Colleen K. Sterne of the State Superior Court has egregiously and maliciously abused her authority under color of law since October 10, 2003 as evidenced with links to scanned documents of the court record of this affidavit (see http://onsecondthought.tv/cbaffidavit.htm ). The respondent in the family law case this affidavit relates to has been seriously impaired as a result of the emotional and mental distress caused by deprivations of equal protection of law and due process shown herein.

Respondent had earlier filed and properly served a subpoena upon the custodian of records at the county jail and suffered large economic losses and the loss of information with vital medical application prevented medical treatment when the witness failed to appear. A municipality, always held to a higher standard of estopple, is estopped in all ways from any monetary claim in this case by promissory estopple. This motion was never heard.

When respondent sought to remove the erroneous declaration with the filing of a "Motion to strike", or see the statement proven with a "Motion for evidentiary hearing", the family law clerk would not file the motions needed to correct the record and would only stamp them "received".
